We were very comfortable listing with you and Sotheby's, Laura. We appreciated the fact that you had contacts ready to help us in the preparation of the condo. We also appreciated the fact that you did not push us to accept an offer, particularly the first low ball one. We ended up with a very good deal.

Laura has worked with us on two transactions (so far!), one a rental and one a purchase. She is extremely diligent, very easy to deal with, and extremely professional in representing the interests of her client. We very much enjoyed working with her on both occasions, very much appreciated her insights into the local market, and her thorough, professional approach to the documentation required for the transactions. I hope and expect she will represent us in the future on the sale of our current house, and the purchase of our next! First rate experience!
