I was fortunate enough to meet Jordan Paterson of Sotheby’s International Realty when I was in the market to purchase a property in the town of Okotoks. Jordan is a very intuitive guy and he shows patience and professionalism all the way around. The first home we made an offer on was discovered to have water damage in the ceiling after our home inspection, Jordan was very helpful in guiding me through the process of backing out of a deal. He found a different home immediately after backing out of the first deal and we got an accepted offer the next day! Not only does Jordan have an innate sense of the “feeling” of a home, but he also has a genuine interest in helping his client find the “right” home. I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan, you’d be hard pressed to find a better Realtor, or a better guy.

Jordan Did A Fantastic Job
Jordan did a fantastic job helping us find and purchase our new home so we had no hesitation in engaging him to list our current residence. It was not a straight forward listing since we were subdividing out a new parcel with our home and shop from an agricultural property. We were anxious on the timing since the subdivision process was not quite completed but we wanted the comfort in knowing we had the property sold. Jordan timed the listing perfectly. The property was very well presented and sold for full asking price within 4 days of listing with multiple offers.
