We used Chris and Janette and it was a great experience for us. They were very friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and professional. We worked mainly with Chris and he would go above and beyond. As first-time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and Chris would be able to answer just about every question and if not, he would have someone in his professional network that could. One Sunday afternoon we wanted to make a last minute offer and needed a lawyer to review the condo’s financial status. In a panic, we called our lawyer and asked if he could do it. He told us lawyers don’t work on Sundays. Within an hour Chris had his lawyer review the financials and we offered on the place. (Still didn’t get it!) One story that shows their professional knowledge is we went to an open house just as it was winding down. The selling agent said that it was busy the entire time. As we went through the basement we looked at the water tank and furnace. Chris noticed that the plumbing was kitec plumbing, which is VERY BAD!! (Google it!) He told the selling agent and she had no idea and none of the other 20+ agents that went through the place had noticed it either. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend them to anyone.
