Hi Andrea,
Massimo and I would like to say thank for you all the time you spent showing us different homes, and being patient with us.
We really appreciated all your help with the process, and your quick responses. Everyone you recommended such as the Lawyer and the Home Inspector were great.
We are now home owners and very proud.
Thanks again for such a smooth and pleasurable experience! I would not hesitate to recommend you.

We have worked with Andrea for the sale and purchase of our home and more recently for the purchase of a commercial property. We liked her professionalism , enthusiasm. and the wealth of experience she brings. Andrea supported us through every step of the process, anticipating and preparing us for what to expect. What we appreciated most about Andrea is that she is not in the business to make a "quick sale". Andrea encouraged us to be patient and take the time to find the property that was the right fit for us. And that is why we would not hesitate to recommend Andrea.

We cannot adequately express how much we both appreciate Andrea Johansen’s expertise and professionalism. Her skill is outstanding. Working with Andrea resulted in maximum value and minimum stress, and we had fun along the way! We would not have sold our house for as much as we did without Andrea’s guidance, expertise and diligence. Nor would we have found the perfect new home for our family.
Her negotiation and marketing skills are second to none. She knows her business, is professional and will treat all parties fairly and with respect. Andrea is very well connected and will ensure that your property reaches the right buyers.
Andrea is excellent at her job and I would not hesitate to recommend her. If you are selling and/or buying a house in Mississauga you cannot get better representation.
There is no doubt that hiring Andrea was the best investment decision we could have made.

We were relocating from Vancouver to Toronto and had heard that Port Credit had a great village vibe and beautiful views. We headed to Mississauga to start our search for a new home and check out this little hamlet that sounded like the kind of place we could call home. Armed very little information and a rented vehicle with a trusty GPS we made our way to Port Credit and saw a realty office on Lakeshore Road, walked in and asked to speak to a realtor. The best thing that happened was that Andrea Johansen walked out to the waiting area and into our lives!
Andrea was so friendly and gave us amazing information about the area. She listened to our description of what we were looking for and was able to determine what our lifestyle was very quickly. She was so friendly and personable that she made us feel that we were important and valued clients.
She was so spot on in what she showed us that we only had to look at 5 places before we found "the one". After that she made the whole process of purchasing seamless, even though we were back in Vancouver with a 3 hour time difference (that I sometimes forgot about when contacting her). She took care of everything and gave us good advice on our offer. Even more important she was fun to chat with!
I would recommend Andrea to all of my friends and business contacts. I work on the luxury retail industry and have very high standards for service and Andrea truly exceeded all of them, which is not an easy task.
Sincerely

Dear Andrea Johansen
It was the culmination of a lengthy search for the perfect location and I must say I was extremely satisfied with your perseverance in finding it for me.
I had previous dealings with two other agents in this matter and neither of them put in the effort you did. Also your prompt return of my phone calls was greatly appreciated.
The reduction of the asking price was a testament to your negotiation skills, despite the property not being one of your listings.
I am also grateful for your direction and subsequent involvement I obtaining financing from the Business Development Bank of Canada.
Once again Thank you

Simply put, Andrea Johansen is the best real estate sales representative we’ve ever dealt with…the accolades are high, understanding we’ve dealt with a few very prominent representatives in the past of whom were very good in their own right.
Andrea has a tremendous understanding of the real estate industry. Not only what’s in your best interest, but within the legal confines of the rules and regulations she must also respect.
She sincerely has your best interests at heart. Marketing your property in the most effective manner possible; networking in every possible means; launching with immediate impact; encouraging maximum market response; maximizing optimal price attainment; effective showings and when the time comes, strong closing skills; follow up and follow through…obtainment of sale; market reporting and finally legal response…still working until the transaction is completed and paid for.
She is professionally represented within the Sotheby’s Real Estate Broker Association Network.
She is pleasant, easy to deal with, informing of task and completely on her game.
We can’t recommend her enough, she is rightfully so…outstanding!
All the best Andrea!

Andrea is a true professional in every sense of the word.
As first time homebuyers, we were not only clueless about the home buying process, but also extremely nervous about making an informed investment in a temperamental housing market. When we found a home that checked all of our boxes, we called Andrea and she immediately dropped everything and got to work for us. The house had just been listed and we were the first to tour it. We knew that it was highly sought after and if it wasn't for Andreas speed, organization, foresight, and sharp negotiation skills, I have no doubt that we wouldn't have scored our dream home without her.
Andrea has the knowledge of a seasoned home inspector and thoroughly toured the home with us, highlighting every important detail that we needed to consider when purchasing a home. I immediately felt at ease having Andrea by our side while making the most important decision in our lives to date, and I can confidently say that we are 100% satisfied with the decisions we’ve made with her guidance.
We recommended Andrea to my sister who was also looking to buy her first home, and she delivered the exact same seamless, high quality service. As more of my friends begin their first time home buying journeys, we won't hesitate to refer Andrea again and again!

We can't say enough good things about Andrea! As first time buyers, we were very nervous and unsure about entering Toronto’s crazy market, but Andrea made it so easy. She was incredibly patient with us throughout the buying process and was always available whenever we needed her. Andrea completely understood what we were looking for and was always honest and informative about what she thought would be a good fit for us.
When working with Andrea, it is so apparent that she truly cares about what her clients want and finding them their ideal home. And Andrea did just that for us. Andrea’s integrity, patience and professionalism made the experience of house hunting completely painless. We are so grateful for all of Andrea’s help and would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.
Sincerely,

Andrea found me the perfect house before we even met face-to-face, just by reading my list of preferences and knowing the market as well as she does. We went from first handshake to a signed conditional offer in less than 11 hours on the Friday before a long weekend and she even saved me enough to pay for the new hot tub to go along with the pool and ravine lot. She was also very synergistic with my lawyer, financial advisor, mortgage broker, contractor and decorator. I recommend her highly! Hi Andrea,On behalf of my whole family, we want to thank you for the above and beyond efforts you put forth in selling our house. Thank you for being so thoughtful to my neighbours by giving them gifts for the non stop traffic into our cul-de-sac, my food care package for the opened refrigerator and even having the house cleaned after the hundreds of viewings. I don’t know of any other broker that would do that. Your knowledge and many years of experience provided us with the best outcome and we are so grateful. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to friends and family. You will always have our gratitude, appreciation and our friendship.Erlyn, Shaila, Noah, Heddie and Mary
