Allison Gorwill, Sotheby Realty, was an absolute delight to work with in assisting my father and me in selling my stepmother’s condominium in West Vancouver. Partnering with Leslie MacGregor, MacGregor Green & Associates, she expanded our reach with a second network of clients and experienced realtors. Leslie and Allison were the dynamic duo; both were extremely professional, experienced, and personal! They never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! Allison explained everything in a way that was easy to understand which was especially important given we are US residents dealing with Canadian real estate and tax regulations.
