1) The Tenant shall not smoke in the property. 2) Only pets approved by Landlord shall be permitted. 3) The Tenant will provide the owner with an Equifax report or similar item regarding their credit worthiness. 4) The Tenant shall not sublet the property. 5) During the term of the Lease, the Lessee shall be responsible for any minor repairs up to two Hundred dollars ($200.00).
