-No Airb&b or short term rentals.
-No change or painting in the condo.
-Respect for the co-ownership by-law (building regulations given at the signing of the lease).
-The number of occupants must respect the capacities of the condo.
*The lessee must accept that a credit check be carried out by the listing broker.
-Previous rental references required.
*The lessor requires a deposit of $500 in the event of breakage or other damage, refundable at the end of the term if the premises are returned to their original state.
*The tenant will have to pay a cleaning fee of $150.
