Villa Nicobar is undoubtedly one of the most luxurious villas in Antigua. It is located in Galley Bay Heights, a private estate of about 12 substantial villas and the most exclusive residential area on the island. The villa is nestled on a hillside offering incredible views of the Caribbean sea from its expansive deck which is directly accessible from each bedroom. To the East at night, the twinkling lights of the island make for a magical vista. A short drive through a private gateway, surrounded on both sides by well manicured bougainvillea and tropical plants, leads you to the villa. Upon entering the villa, you are captivated by the vibrant blue hues from the majestic oceanic backdrop, sparkling infinity pool with jacuzzi, and light and airy living space of the great room. Throughout the great room, the colour palette is neutral with a mix of champagnes and creams for an elegant and relaxing feel. The furnishings have all been imported from Europe by a leading interior designer.
The great room is spacious, ideal for a large L shape sofa seating eight to relax or entertain. The house is equipped with a BOSE system that gives cinema sound for entertainment. Adjacent is an eight seat maple dining table crafted in Wiltshire England by Sir William Bentley which rotates to become a snooker/pool table with deep blue baize.
The kitchen leads directly off the great room and is open concept. There are high end appliances including two large Kitchen Aid ovens, wine chiller and dishwasher. The work tops are made of Italian granite and there is a centre island/breakfast bar seating four. The custom cabinetry and pantry gives the kitchen a sleek finish. On the same floor, the ensuite master bedroom, like all the bedrooms, offer fantastic views of the sea. The Italian hand carved king size bed is oriented towards the covered verandah. Another key feature of the master suite is its sizeable walk-in wardrobe with fitted drawers and hanging space. The master bathroom is oversized with a double ended Jacuzzi bath, walk-in rain shower and fitted his and hers vanity.


There are two additional bedrooms which share a bathroom.
Down a flight of stairs to the ground floor, there are three further ensuite bedrooms both with king size beds. One bedroom offers its own terrace with views of the garden. Both bedrooms offer spacious fitted wardrobes. The ground floor also offers a walk-in wine cellar with exposed rock walls.
