The estate extends across approximately 12,000 sqm of land (129,167 sqft), with the main residence and auxiliary buildings measuring a combined 804 sqm (8,654 sqft), including 546 sqm (5,877 sqft) of principal accommodation and an additional 258 sqm (2,777 sqft) of supporting spaces. The setting feels private and self-contained, framed by mature Mediterranean planting, olive groves and direct proximity to a sandy beach only a few steps from the gardens.
Arrival to the property follows a discreet drive lined with cypress and olive trees before opening toward the sea. The architecture remains deliberately restrained, allowing the colour of the stone, the water and the surrounding landscape to define the atmosphere of the estate. More than 130 olive trees produce organic olive oil annually, while grapevines, fig trees and pomegranate trees reinforce the agricultural character of the land. Rather than formal landscaping, the planting reflects the rhythms and textures of the Cycladic landscape itself. Two private irrigation wells support the maintenance of both the gardens and swimming pool, an increasingly valuable feature for a coastal property of this scale.
Despite its privacy, the estate maintains an immediate relationship with the sea. A sandy beach lies directly beside the property, allowing the transition from house to shoreline to happen naturally and without interruption.
