Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec announced its latest office opening in the vibrant city of Brossard, Québec. This new strategic location is a reflection of the brand’s continued expansion throughout Québec and across Canada, and will support an elite group of the company’s brokers in servicing clientele in the region.

The Brossard office, led by Daniel Dagenais, Regional Director and Johanne Turenne, Managing Broker, will serve a thriving luxury residential real estate market that has seen healthy growth in demand. In the last four quarters, Brossard has seen the median sale price of condominiums and single-family homes both rise 16%, according to Centris.
