Sotheby’s International Realty Quebec announced its latest office opening in the vibrant city of Brossard, Québec. This new strategic location is a reflection of the brand’s continued expansion throughout Québec and across Canada, and will support an elite group of the company’s brokers in servicing clientele in the region.
Rich in culture and history, with some homes dating as far back as the eighteenth century, Brossard is located in the lush Montérégie region and is part of the Greater Montréal area. The city has seen expansive growth and in turn, has transformed into a contemporary and world-class city offering a host of sporting, cultural, and recreational activities and attractions for residents and tourists.
The Brossard office, led by Daniel Dagenais, Regional Director and Johanne Turenne, Managing Broker, will serve a thriving luxury residential real estate market that has seen healthy growth in demand. In the last four quarters, Brossard has seen the median sale price of condominiums and single-family homes both rise 16%, according to Centris.
“The opening of our new Brossard office enables us to leverage our team’s exceptional knowledge of local neighbourhoods and our global marketing platform to better service new and existing local clients,” said Don Kottick, President and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. “We have seen substantial growth in the Brossard market, with our own brokers seeing rising demand for luxury real estate services in the area. Supporting the momentum of the elite group of brokers already servicing the region, attracting those who wish to elevate their service offerings with our brand, and meeting flourishing consumer demand with exceptional service are priorities for our company which is why we are very pleased to be strengthening our presence with this office opening.”
