Pre Sale Purchase

Diko recently assisted me in purchasing a presale home in Burnaby. He was extremely patient, resourceful, and most importantly was not pushing me to do anything the whole time. I would not have found the amazing deal that he found me. I am very happy with the service he provided.

First Time Buyers

We would like to thank Brigitte and Kamer for all the help and supportthey gave us in the buying of our first home. Being ‘First Time Buyers’,they took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know about, what to look for, and what to avoid, when buying a home. At times theywere showing us up to 10 properties per week and were very patient whenwe declined each one of them. When we became anxious, we remember Kamersaying, ” I won’t let you buy a property that is not right for you.”We couldn’t have bought the wonderful house we now call home withouttheir help.We highly recommend Brigitte and Kamer for any new or experiencedbuyers. They will happily provide you a service that will exceed yourneeds and expectations.Thank-you!

Purchase

Diko was not like any other real estate agent who just want to take your money. Diko is the most patience and caring agent I’ve ever met and interacted. He generously cares for all his clients, he gives his client 110% effort also made sure the developer I chose built in good quality, in good area and If not he would, he would be honest with me. Diko also does not rush me to buy any property or force me to buy something if I don’t like it, he would provide me more options and or even spend extra time viewing the pre-sale, I first felt really bad because I was taking too long to decide however diko mentioned that if i don’t like it, he could do more research based on my preference (area, style, convenience, and budget) . After a year of searching Diko have finally secured a amazing pre-sale condo for me. I would definitely recommend Diko to my family and friends or anyone who is looking for a real estate agent to help to buy or sell a property.

We first met Kamer when we relocated to West Vancouver and bought ahouse he owned from him. His straightforward negotiations and honestapproach impressed us. As well, having lived on the North Shore for manyyears, he also showed a great deal of knowledge about the North ShoreReal Estate market. For these reasons, when we were consideringpurchasing an investment property in West Vancouver, we asked Kamer tohelp us. Again, we found him to be accommodating and vigilant concerningnew listings. He kept us aware of the market, but did not make us feelpressured into buying. Finally, the “right” house came on the market, and while the transaction required a sense of urgency, Kamer made it anuncomplicated matter.

Dear Prospective Home Buyer:We’d like to share with you our recent home buying experience withPrudential agent Kamer Karakas. When we set out to buy a new home, wehad very specific requirements in mind. For almost a year Kamer showedus a many homes that had just one of these elements missing. Never didhe get frustrated, give up, or apply any undo pressure. Until one daythe right home appeared on the market. We actually saw it before the“For Sale” sign went up because he was constantly monitoring newlistings on the computer. As soon as it was listed, we were there first. And when we saw it we knew. We made the decision to buy this house inone hour. I’ve spent more time buying shoes. The reason we were socomfortable in making such a quick decision was that Kamer had done hishomework and shown us enough homes so that we knew the market wellenough to realize this is the home we wanted. The house did require somerenovations. The great part was that Kamer, who has built several homes, was very helpful in advising us and recommending reliable trades peoplehe had worked with before. Although we ourselves had no prior experiencein home renovation, with Kamer’s help it was on budget and on time. Wehave absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kamer to act as your agentin buying or selling your next home. We are sure you will be assatisfied as we were.
