Ghada and Sean were the perfect choice for my housing needs. They made my search for a house a joy. They listened to my needs and did a great job with showing me properties to match those needs. They were patient as I kept on looking and when I found the one, they were swift in negotiating the best deal. I did not have real estate lawyer or mortgage broker and they provided fantastic recommendations that I used. Ghada and Sean are definitely full service. They are very genuine and always made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

This is my second time buying a home and first time selling with the Davidson Team. Ghada and Sean truly care, they ensured we found or dream home and got the best price for our home we sold. Ghada spent endless week nights and weekends showing us homes and she always made herself available by phone or text in an instant. The Davidson team truly have your best interests at heart and would fight endlessly to close a deal, most importantly always putting their clients first. I have recommended their team to my family and close friends. Ghada has become a friend and our go to real estate agent for life!

We had the privilege of working with the Davidson team. Ghada took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new home. We never felt rushed as she was able to answer all of our questions and keep us informed about the current housing market. We were very pleased to have sold our house within the first week, with multiple offers. We are currently living in our new house, which the Davidson team helped us find within our desired location. The Davidson team comes highly recommended as they responded to all our needs in a timely manner and made the buying and selling process smooth and stress free.

As a first time home buyer, I was not sure what to expect from the process. Like some people I had a general idea of home buying from friends sharing their experiences as well as the many TV shows out there documenting the process. What I was not aware of was the research, time, and level of thought that goes behind finding the right home. This is why if I am to give advice to any new homebuyer, it would be to find the right realtor or team of realtors to work with in order to make this process more enjoyable. Sean and Ghada are that right team and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Their no pressure, must be happy or don’t buy approach made me feel like I was in the right hands. I can honestly say their priority is client satisfaction which I was only able to know the true meaning of after working with them. Their level of care did not stop once the keys were in hand and for that I am grateful and excited to share my story with others. Sean and Ghada both worked together to listen to my needs, advise me on what was good value, and what was not worth pursing regardless of price. They got me to think of issues that may arise that I was not aware of based on their experiences with other buyers. For this I am grateful.

The Davidson Team is FANTASTIC. What started as just an inquiry, turned into selling and the purchase of our new home. They helped make the whole process so stress free. We never once felt pressured, they had answers to every single question we had, and they truly cared about the turnout and what it would mean for our family. Ghada is a true gem! Somehow, even while knee deep in paperwork and negotiating (which she is absolutely amazing at!), she would still find time to say hello, see how we were doing, or ask if we needed anything. They really make you feel like you are their only clients! They worked around our crazy schedules and never once made it seem like we were any trouble. They also included our kids, which meant so much to us, including racing to our house to make sure the SOLD sign was up for when the kids got home from school. Their knowledge, professionalism, and passion for what they do is truly unbeatable. We will recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you team Davidson for everything.

Words feel insufficient when trying to convey how truly exceptional our experience has been working with Ghada and Sean. My husband and I have a very active toddler at home, as well as two full-time jobs between us, which makes us your typical, busy young family. When I learned that we would be having a baby two years ago, I got in touch with Ghada with the goal of simply starting to look at what was on the market and to see if an upgrade was in the cards for our new family of three. In short-order Ghada provided us with all of the information that we needed to move forward. Even with delays on our end (the birth of our child and the subsequent crazy first few months of parenthood), Ghada and Sean were always ready to pick right back up where we left off and continue on the hunt! Particularly when my husband was having reservations about making a move in this more expensive market, they worked closely with us to ensure that we had a firm understanding of the financial commitment we would be making and what that would mean for us in dollars and cents. With our confidence reinforced, they were able to narrow-down our likes/dislikes with respect to home style, finishes and most importantly, location. Ghada and Sean found us an amazing new home that’s only 10 minutes from our current home and families and was a price we could afford! They also managed to sell our home in less than 24 hours after being listed, and for over asking price! With such a quick sale, we’ve been able to avoid having to live our lives “staged” for months. If you’re in need of honest, experienced and efficient real estate services, I cannot say enough good things about Ghada and Sean. They will work tirelessly to make sure that you’re happy and successful in your home buying/selling endeavours, and most importantly, they will ensure that you are comfortable and confident when making one of life’s largest financial decisions. They’ve made this whole process virtually seamless for our family and you will sincerely find no one better in the real estate industry than Ghada and Sean!

Sean and Ghada are an amazing couple who would make sure you get the house you Really Really want. They LISTEN, not just hear your needs and wants. They ADVISE, not just provide their opinion on all aspects of your home search. They’re honest, direct people who would lend their expertise in search of your dream home.In our experience with Team Davidson, we were confident that we were with professionals. Their professional advice and invaluable insights were crucial in making our final decision. In the end, we couldn’t be more than happy with our dream home. And a big part of this is thanks to Sean and Ghada!

Ghada and Sean are the real deal. Having bought and/or sold 5 homes with their team now I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt they are by far the best agents we've ever dealt with. They are professional and honest two very hard traits to find anymore in service oriented fields. They anticipate your needs before you've even had a chance to communicate with them. They respond to your requests immediately and are always looking out for your best interests! Looking forward to continuing to work with this dynamic team! Go Team Davidson!!!
