With regard to the recent estate sale of my mother’s Mill Bay property, Brian Danyliw’s expertise, integrity and professionalism were evident at every step of the process, from interviewing prospective Realtors to the closing of the sale. Brian was prompt to respond to every query, proactive in suggesting areas of concern I hadn’t considered, and forthright in pursuing the final negotiations without being aggressive. True to his word, he had a client who was eager to view the property, and Brian expedited the sale in a very timely manner that met the needs of both the purchaser and myself.

When I decided to sell my home, the Cowichan Valley market was very soft and just about non-existent in my listing range. Brian presented a strong Marketing Plan making good use of frequent print ads and additional broad exposure through numerous websites.
