With regard to the recent estate sale of my mother’s Mill Bay property, Brian Danyliw’s expertise, integrity and professionalism were evident at every step of the process, from interviewing prospective Realtors to the closing of the sale. When I decided to sell my home, the Cowichan Valley market was very soft and just about non-existent in my listing range.
