Pour en savoir plusI am Ayaz Mistry and I recently sold my semi-commercial property with the help of Mr. Thomas Hoang. At the first meeting he questioned me what was I expecting for my property, reason for selling. What did I expect from my broker? At the second meeting he prepared a very impressive portfolio and presented it, doing a professional and knowledgeable study with written sale papers of the properties in and around my street, explained with proper advice and the formula why I had priced my property too high. With his expertise he presented all the potential points of the property plus with a professional 3D videos to be posted in the MLS listing. He negotiated the best deal for me, a lot of back and forth plus handled the inspection, with ease and kept me posted throughout the process with the buyer agent, even sometimes late evening. All legal documents with his connection executed very well, helping to satisfy the buyer, without a doubt.I would highly recommend Mr. Thomas Hoang, honest, trustful, and stress-free experience in selling your property.

Thomas has been an invaluable asset throughout our homebuying journey. As first-time buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process and had numerous questions. Thomas provided expert guidance, sharing his knowledge and recommendations, and patiently addressed all our inquiries. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism by personally attending every house visit and even accompanying us during the home inspection. His calm and reassuring demeanor instilled confidence in us throughout the process. We are grateful for his trustworthiness and the network of professionals he referred us to.In the beginning of all this, we sought an experienced realtor. Not only did we find that in Thomas, but also a genuine friend. We express our sincere gratitude to Thomas for his exceptional service. We are delighted to begin our family's journey in our new home.

I met Thomas and Charles by chance. At that time, I was visiting an open house alone. Charles and Thomas were also present as agents. I made an offer and it was accepted by the seller, but I was not satisfied after the inspection. The reason was that the offer was finally withdrawn. The story should have ended here, but Thomas and Charles never forgot my needs and always find the houses they thought might meet my needs to me at the first time. Finally I made an offer at it was my best property.
