Susan is an award-winning, full-service real estate professional providing exemplary service and satisfaction to her clients since 1987, In her first four years, Susan focused her career on the pre-sale condominium market which has given her a broad range of experience. She moved to Central Toronto's Uptown residential housing market in 1991, actively selling both homes and condominiums. Susan has lived with her family in the prestigious Cricket Club neighbourhood since 1996, where she began to work exclusively promoting the Cricket Club area, becoming an award-winning, highly respected, and reputable agent by her clients and colleagues.
Susan's success has expanded with experience in many of Toronto's neighbourhoods, including Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Moore Park, Leaside, the Annex, Yorkville, Summerhill/Rosedale, the Kingsway and Toronto's downtown and Harbourfront.
Susan has received numerous awards, including the Diamond Award and the Gardiner Award of Merit. These achievements reflect her dedication, strong work ethic, and integrity, always putting the needs of her buyers and sellers above all else.
Prior to her career in real estate, Susan studied languages at the University of Toronto. Upon completion of her degree, she moved to Milan and was hired as an interpreter for “Fiera Internazionale Di Milano”, where she represented international companies for their English, Italian, and French translation negotiations. While in Milan, she also taught English to Italian business professionals at the International Teaching Centre of Milan. These wonderful experiences further broadened Susan's negotiation and communication skills, her ability to read people, and gave her the opportunity to travel extensively.
Susan's business includes working with numerous international clients helping families relocate to Toronto. These include clients from Paris, Italy, Lisbon, Brazil, England & Los Angeles to name a few.
Susan has been involved in numerous charitable organizations, currently sitting on the Children's Aid Foundation of Canada Committee. She also volunteered on numerous committees at The Bishop Strachan Girls School.
