A very satisfied first time seller

From day 1, Jihane treated my property as if it was her own. She offered great advice at every step of the process, and was always available to answer any questions I had. The sale went a lot quicker than I expected, but Jihane was there to help me find the perfect new property for the next chapter of my life. Top tier service from an amazing human being.

Very happy sellers of a multi million dollar house that didn't sell with other brokers

We engaged with Jihane around the 1 year mark of our house being on the market. We specifically partnered with Jihane for a few reasons:- she understood the luxury property market and how to position our home- she understood how to target the right buyers, and tailored her marketing strategy accordingly- she takes on few projects allowing her to give us her full attention, which we appreciatedJihane made herself available for weekly calls, was prepared for the calls, engaged us in her thought process and sought our feedback. She assumed full ownership and facilitated the sale of our house within the first three months of repositioning our property. She managed our expectations and also went above and beyond in assisting us with ad-hoc details that would present themselves. In the few months we worked with Jihane, we experienced her as a genuine person, professional and dedicated to her profession. She does not leave a stone unturned and is diligent in all aspects.I strongly encourage you to have a conversation with Jihane.Gen & Tor Lund

Very Happy Sellers

Thank you, Jihane, for your wonderful service. The homestaging you did had an undeniable impact on the sale of our house. In a week and a half, we had our first purchase offer. And within 3 weeks, our house was sold. You have a gift for arranging the interior and exterior of homes so that they become the perfect home for future buyers. Well before the visits, prospects were already won over by the house thanks to the photos you took to advertise our house. The photos do almost all the work! You pay attention to every little detail. That's what makes all the difference. With you, we feel in good hands. We feel confident. Your honesty and expertise in the market allow you to sell AT THE FAIR VALUE and QUICKLY. We got exactly what we expected to get. We are delighted to have done business with you. Even though we sold during a period when the market was not in good shape, you were able to market our house so that it still sold quickly. A big thank you. Sincerely. Thanks to your speed, your professionalism and your enthusiasm, we were able to sell at exactly the right time to allow us to then buy our other house and carry out our new life projects. Thanks thanks thanks.Laetitia and Stéphane

Satified client since 2006

I started transacting with Mrs Guettar in 2006. She was diligent in her approach and to this day she still is. Even when she moved to Dubai she was still able to advise me and assist me. Since she moved back she sold a couple of my properties, always assuring I dont leave any money on the table by getting me the best price on my investments. Throughout the 17 years of buying and selling real estate with Mrs Guettar, I am still impressed by the generosity of the time and her humanity. Her knowledge of the market as well as her marketing skills are outstanding, but moreover her integrity and transparency. When it is not the right time to buy or sell, she will tell me to hold off instead of trying to make a sale, I definitely recommend her.

A happy seller of a beautiful 3 bedrooms in Griffintown

I reached out to Jihane, after meeting with 15 real estate professionals, to understand her process and she impressed me with the knowledge, vision and consistency she has.Her knowledge of the market trends, access to a network of professionals and clear messaging was very different compared to the other meetings I had.She is patient and transparent person, explains every step of the process and manages communication as well as expectations very well.I would definitely recommend her, for her transparency, professionalism and overall peace of mind.Walid Jreidini

Stunning 3 bedroom corner unit condo in Griffintown

We went with Jihane to sell our condo because she is a go-getter and she did not disappoint! She is a superbe deal closer and has a sharp knowledge of the real-estate market, especially in Griffintown. She is strategic and dynamic and you always feel you’re in good hands. She is there to guide her clients through the details of the not-so-easy process and to point out details that might escape them with honesty and transparency. She invests a lot in getting the property ready with care and taste and gives it great exposure to attract potential buyers. We sold during a very unpredictable and challenging market! We are grateful! Jihane and her team including Megan were always available and ready to answer our concerns.Buschra Jalabi and Samir Jusic

2 Storey Condo with gorgeous ski slopes views

First of all, her market expertise is outstanding. She was also available to come visit our home within a very short notice and was able to provide a very accurate value of our condo. She made us feel confident right from the moment she stepped in and was always quickly available to respond to our questions and worries throughout the sale process. All this combined with her grounded personality really turned a usually anxious situation into a smooth and positive experience. Not only was she able to secure a sale above asking price, she actually got us 2 closed offers!!! We will always be grateful for her work and will most definitely refer her to anyone we know who is looking to sell their property.Zelie Leblond

2 floors 3 bedrooms penthouse

When I first put my property on the market, I listed it with another broker. With an average listing and photos, after 2 weeks we had limited traction, and my wife insisted we have Jihane Guettar list our property.Jihane was a blessing right from the start - she re-did everything for the listing including staging, hiring videographers, etc. We felt her full support and personal touch across all dimensions of the listing and transaction. In less than 5 days under the care of Jihane, we had over 10 visits and 2 accepted offers over the asking price.Jihane understands what buyers are looking for and what the sellers need when it comes to selling luxury properties. She has the right experience, skills, and demeanor to showcase a property in a particular way to attract the right buyers.I highly recommend Jihane Guettar if you’re looking to sell your property.Jeff and Ashleigh Mary Rancilio

One happy dad!

Jihane is a trilingual Montrealer with the most in-depth knowledge of both the rental or purchase market. She is dynamic, on time and generous with her time.I highly recommend her for anyone who knows what they are looking for or want to know what is available on the market. You will not be disappointed.Jihane was amazing to help my daughter find her apartment when she moved to Montréal for university. Her trustworthiness is beyond description. For someone that was new to Montréal, Jihane was more like a family member than a realtor even helping her open her bank account. That is what value means and goes over and beyond the job description.Karim Sahyoun

A very satisfied seller

I didn't know agent Jihane Guettar. She got back to me quickly and clearly answered my questions. She gave me an appraisal of my property knowing that I was not going to sell it because it was to re-mortgage and the bank was undervaluing my property. She still took the time to send me a detailed report complete with pictograms etc. which proved very well that my property was easily worth $50,000 more than what the bank estimated. When it came time to sell my property, I thought she deserved a chance. Once again she was professional, punctual, involved, and attentive to my expectations and needs. She sold it above the market price in a week! Despite her workload, she was always there and available to answer my questions and my expectations. Refer me to professionals related to sales and even make appointments for me. I have complete trust in her and recommend her without hesitation.Bravo and thank you Jihane for your professionalism.

I sold my property through Mrs. Guettar to whom I had entrusted the mandate. She represented me adequately during the period and respected my comments regarding my home. Her flexibility is an asset during discussions and negotiations. I recommend her to help you achieve your project.
