Annie Zhong-Co-Founder
Born in Shanghai, one of the largest, most metropolitan and modern cities in the world Annie knows what the term “fast paced” is all about. From an early age Annie was interested in all things aesthetic-including high-end fashion, retail and many types of architecture. With a keen eye for not only the visually appealing Annie is astute and excels in strategy and financial analytics. For fun Annie enjoys music, dining, fashion, sneaker culture (she’s a hype beast) and cheering Toronto’s beloved 2019 World Champion Raptors.
Bradford Payne-Co-Founder
Bradford (Brad) Payne has been on just about every side of a real estate transaction and has had the privilege of buying and selling homes and commercial real estate locally across Toronto, York Region and Southwestern Ontario. With an approach to real estate that is analytical, approachable and authentic, Brad’s experience has shown him that no two real estate transaction are the same. An established turntablist (digital nowadays), Brad is equally at home playing electronic music for the masses as he is in the real estate world. Brad’s other interests outside of real estate include- sneaker culture, fashion, automobiles (EV for sure), sports and Dad jokes.
