Grace moved to Canada with her family from South Korea at the age of 12 and Victoria has been her home ever since. As a local, she can tell you many charming aspects of Vancouver Island. She loves discovering new places on the island: restaurants, cafes, pubs, parks, you name it.

She graduated from University of Victoria with her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. Her experience working at luxurious retail brands and her parents’ great influence as real estate investors since she was a child had an impact of changing her career path. With her Biochemistry background, she has a diligent, detail-oriented work ethic, and is comfortable dealing with numbers and data. She thoroughly understands the customer’s needs and goals as a first-time home buyer or an investor as she is always surrounded by them.

She loves to play golf and study languages in her spare time. Her passion in languages and cultures led her taking Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and American Sign Language classes in university. She believes that learning a language is one of the best ways to bring people together and respect one’s culture.
