Samantha and her team were amazing! Professional, detailed and energetic we can't thank them enough for their tremendous effort. Samantha took time to host several open houses, prepared a video, glossy brochures and advertised extensively, including on social media. The contrast with our first realtors could not be more stark. In this challenging market, Samantha demonstrated what a savvy and dedicated realtor should be. She definitely earned our respect and appreciation! We highly recommend Samantha Chisholm and Sotheby's Realty.

Robyn was recommended to us by our friends who had an excellent experience buying their first home with her last year. As first time home buyers ourselves, having Robyn as our agent was wonderful. She is super knowledgeable and was happy to take the time to guide us through the process and answer all our questions. She helped us figure out what we wanted, and we felt like she was genuinely invested in helping us find a home. In this crazy market, she was absolutely instrumental in our successful purchase! We would recommend Robyn to anyone, but especially to first time buyers.

Samantha was immensely helpful to us as first-time buyers. She was always accommodating to our busy schedules, and fit us in for multiple showings even at the last minute. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole process smoother than we could have imagined. I would not hesitate to work with her again, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients.

I know I’m slow but I’d like to thank you for all the time and effort you took with me in buying and selling a home. With so many details involved, I really appreciated all your hard work. As a result, I ended up getting the perfect home and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Samantha creates an enjoyable experience through her thoughtful strategy, dedication to individual needs and amicable nature. I appreciate and trust her high ethical standards and commitment to integrity!

Robyn was wonderful. She is calm, kind, clever and well-informed. She did a thorough study of the market and updated her impressions as the market was changing. She was a good listener, a good sounding board and a good counsellor when many decisions needed to be weighed. I appreciated her expertise, knowledge and resourcefulness. She helped me set goals and achieve them prior to listing, she had great staging ideas and supplies and she has been helpful through the final stretch prior to closing. She really made this process fun. I would absolutely recommend her and I hope to work with her again in the future.

Samantha was amazing from the beginning until way very end end. She is a true professional, she goes above and beyond, and anticipates what you need before you even think about it! Samantha is also very knowledgeable on all the areas of the entire Vancouver Island, as well as the local bylaws and legislations! We absolute loved how technologically savvy all of her systems are! We have been bragging to out family and friends how amazing she is. We love her and know you won’t regret choosing her to help you with your transaction. We will definitely be return customers if the life allows one day! She’s a gem!

Robyn really cared about what I was looking for in a first home. She spent many hours reassuring me and walking us through the process of buying a home. We never felt there was somewhere else she would rather be. We were her sole focus when we were together seeing many, many homes. She had a lot of knowledge and shared it in a lay-person's understanding. I would highly recommend using Robyn as an agent.

Working with Samantha was a fantastic experience in going through the process of buying our first home. She was very patient with all of my questions, and really helped me understand the arduous process of jargon, dates, and legalities that make up the BC real estate industry! Huge learning experience, but I was grateful to have Samantha guiding us through it. She was very responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond when it came to negotiating the final deal and running some last second errands to keep the lenders happy!

Robyn was amazing. Could not have gone better! Recommend her highly!

I’ve participated in two real estate transactions with Samantha - one that has closed and the other that is in contract scheduled to close in June. Sam has been amazing in helping me to navigate the housing market in Victoria and patiently explaining the differences when buying a home between the US and Canada. Sam has been a helpful guide, easy to talk to, and a very good listener. She values one on one relationships and that brings comfort to the process. Thank you, Sam!

Highly recommend working with Samantha. There was no point in time where I felt I was in the dark and when I had questions, she answered them promptly and accurately. The process of home purchase was very pleasant and simple from start to finish thanks to Samantha's dedication.

Robyn Wildman was very thorough. She is personable and professional. She was quick to respond to quest ions. She sold our home during the Covid 19 pandemic. She guided my husband and I through dealing with engineers and trades. Robyn used technology to market our house virtually when open houses and onsite viewing was risky. I highly recommend Robyn Wildman

We recently had the pleasure of working with Samantha Jensson on the purchase of our new home. Samantha’s enthusiasm and knowledge compliment her ability to understand what we were looking for. She was truly “on it” when she saw the perfect new listing for us while we were already viewing other homes with her. She got us in first to view what was quickly to become our forever home. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Samantha again, but we won’t need to, thanks to her!

Robyn was very helpful through a difficult time (social distancing etc.). She took the time to get the background on co-ops and guide me past possible pitfalls. I recommend her highly.

I Can't speak highly enough of our experience with Samantha! She's responsive, honest and She'll be on your side when you need her (negotiation and honest/fair advice on any property) very professional, and caring during the pandemic. Always responded in a timely manner. Showed us all the places we wanted to see. Was a pleasure to work with. She listened and found houses that suited our needs, I have met with many realtors and Samantha is our top choice!! We are working with her again for our next purchase now and I would highly recommend her to anyone!! - Jas

Samantha was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. She not only sold our home above asking but she made the entire process enjoyable, creative, and informative. I’d recommend Sam to anyone looking to sell their home!!
Lindsay Gralewicz, Ucluelet BC
Robyn is such a diligent person. She has guided us through 2 real estate transactions in under two years, and both experiences have been excellent. We like how she showed the ability to encourage and reassure us, yet never ever pressure us into making a snap decision, or influencing the timing of our final decision. This is a tricky market and she demonstrated real savvy. She was really on our side all the way and took the time to get to know us and our needs and quirks. While I would recommend Robyn to anyone, I think she has a special talent for working with people who don’t necessarily know much about how real estate transactions are conducted and appreciate the extra time and attention she gives.
Linda, Victoria, BC
We had many obstacles to face in buying our home and were certainly not easy clients. Samantha handled our unexpected turns with grace and professionalism. She was readily available for any questions or concerns we had, responsive, flexible, and most of all friendly and courteous.Samantha is also knowledgeable and was able to offer us extra support during the process of buying our new home. I would highly recommend working with her!
Heather Willi, Gabriola Island BC
