As first time home buyers, we feel very lucky that we had Joanna as our agent! She was very thorough and explained everything to us so after couple of visits we knew exactly what we wanted. She was very quick in answering our questions or letting us know about new available properties or arranging a visit. I don't remember even once, I had to wait more than 15 min to get an answer from her. She is honest, forthright and very good at what she does. I was really impressed by the extent of her knowledge of the housing market and properties in our area. We are happy in our new home and couldn't have made a better decision, thanks to Joanna!

This is the third time that my wife and I have moved and can honestly say I was blown away with Rob & Joanna. We decided to purchase first and once Rob had our criteria he did a lot more than just send us links to MLS. One of our criteria was a property that either had a pool or would be able to fit one and he went onto google Earth to find properties that would work and in some cases did some door knocking to see if homes not currently on the market would consider selling. He gave a impartial advice on the homes we were considering and gave us the space to make our own decisions. When it came to selling Joanna made things a breeze with staging and advice on what we needed to do vs. what was okay as is. Through their network they knew other agents with clients looking for a home like ours, marketed the property well and we had an offer from the first viewing and sold over our listing price. I was hoping it would sell quickly because it was a hot market but never expected it to go that quickly.Lastly I think a true testament to their dedication was the service in between purchase/sale & closing. Any questions we had were answered quickly, they gave us great recommendations on movers.I can't think of anything else that I wished they would have done for us. I would recommend them to anyone who's considering purchasing or selling a home as I've never met a more hardworking and nice couple.

Joanna and Rob, aka The Sweet Team, are amazing!! They made the search a and purchase of my first home stress-free and easy. They were attentive and always available to answer any questions and address concerns that I had. Although Joanna was my main contact, I was able to meet Rob as well when Joanna was unavailable - they are a true team. They have each other's back and that of their clients too. They are tenacious and have a strong knowledge not only of realty, but of business as well. I highly, highly recommend The Sweet Team if you want to find the home of your dreams. They are incredible!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Joanna and Rob twice and quite honestly, we would never consider working with anyone else for the sale or purchase of our largest asset. To say we trusted them completely would be an understatement and in both cases, they have secured a very quick sale well over asking and for more than we could have hoped. They helped us find our first family home and we will be forever grateful for their hard work and dedication throughout the entire process. In addition, they are wonderful people and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Joanna and Rob to anyone we know who is selling or buying and consider them friends.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience working with Rob and Joanna. Coming from Thunder Bay to the GTA I did not have an agent. Rob was referred to my by a work colleague. I am so glad I acted on the referral. I call Rob and was very clear of what my needs were. Rob started right away sending me listings to view. I needed something close to work because I dislike driving. I wanted newer but not brand new, and a specific price range. Not only did Rob and Joanna find my dream home 9 minutes from my work, its a year and a half old. I've been in my home now 6 months. I am so happy that I met rob and Joanna. Best experience ever. When I needed to invest in Realestate in Ottawa, I also called Rob and he provided me with an amazing agent through referral. The experience buying my income property was also a very positive one because it started with involving Rob. If you need an agent no call anyone else but Rob and Joanna.

We met Rob at an open house he was hosting, and instantly felt comfortable with him. He was laid back, down to earth, and friendly- in a sincere way. At the time, we weren’t looking for an agent- we were just checking out the housing market. Fast forward about 6 months. We were planning on renting somewhere- not buying- yet. We remembered that we both had liked “that Rob guy”, so we gave him a call. Rob helped us look for the right place, even though it was a challenge because we also have a dog. A short time later, we decided to buy instead. Rob was on the case, looking tirelessly for the perfect place for us. One day, he had his wife Joanna meet me at a home for a showing. When we met her, she was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what our desires were in looking for a home. This couple truly care about their clients. They will help you in every way they can. They truly LISTEN and will even tell you if a house you are looking at isn’t for you- and why they feel that way. There is never pressure to buy something you aren’t sure about, just so they can make the sale. We finally found our home. The purchasing process was smooth, as Rob and Joanna know exactly what they are doing, how to negotiate, and how to close the deal. They will walk you through every single step. And from start to finish, they will answer ALL your questions, answer ALL your texts quickly, and make you feel like you are their only client. And the service doesn’t end when they hand you your new house keys! Both of them check in to see how your new place is, they recommend different services you may be looking for that they have personally used, and Joanna is fantastic at giving decorating tips and tricks! All in all, we had an amazing experience with BOTH Rob and Joanna, and I can honestly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor who is also a homeowner, a parent, a family, and an honest, approachable couple who happens to be awesome at what they do!

We want to express our thanks to Joanna and Rob Sweet for the personable and professional service they provided throughout the entire process of selling our home. The energy and enthusiasm that they showed at our initial interview persisted throughout our interactions with them. They provided knowledgeable and calming support during this major change in our lives and were always available to address any questions or concerns we had. The stager and photographer that they provided did a fabulous job showcasing our home. The Sweet’s sales strategies were very current and included lots of social media exposure. We were given advice as we received offers to assist in our decisions and this team’s negotiations, to achieve our full asking price and our preferred closing date, were absolutely amazing. We highly recommend Joanna and Rob to anyone selling (or buying) and looking for a realty team that is committed to their clients. Thank you Rob and Joanna, it was a pleasure working with you!!

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Joanna and Rob for making our experience as first time home buyers so seamless and stress free. From the very beginning, Joanna and Rob guided and supported us on our goals of wanting to own a home in Georgetown. They were both extremely patient and accommodating to all of our needs. I can confidently say that we would not own our first time home in the exact location we wanted if it weren't for their professionalism as well as determination. We also appreciated that they made sure to do things in our best interest and not in an attempt to make a quick sale. Without question I will absolutely be referring Joanna and Rob to everyone I know.

Rob came to our house to inquire about potentially upgrading our townhome to a detached home. As we met with Rob and Joanna, they helped us find the right home for our growing family. They were very transparent in the process (first time sellers) and were always available for any questions we may have had before starting the process. As we looked at different options, we found the home we liked and they guided us through the process, from buying, to getting our townhome ready for selling. They did such a great job that the town sold almost immediately! We'd like to thank Rob and Joanna for all the work and time they dedicated to my wife and I.

Joanna, I would like to take this opportunity to let yourself and Rob know how much we really appreciated working with you both during such a monumental time in our lives. Selling our home of 25 years, as well as finding and purchasing a new one, felt very ominous and overwhelming to us. Your understanding, expertise, and professionalism guided us through a very emotional time and made us feel confident every step of the way. You were always so readily available, informative, sensitive, and knowledgeable. The full package! We cannot thank you enough and would highly recommend your team to any of our family or friends looking for a realtor in the future.

After a long awaited period of time, my wife and I were buying our first home. We had been worried about the market and the right time to buy. We reached out to Joanna and Rob and they immediately put our minds at ease. They worked diligently and listened to all of our needs and were committed to making our first home everything we wanted. What we thought would be a lengthly drawn out process, turned out to be a one day trip visiting a few homes, which all met our expectations. Within a day, because of their commitment and focus around what we wanted, we were able to find our home on the first day of viewings. Jo and Rob have been so flexible and involved in all aspects of our purchase and in the end we were so thankful and able to celebrate with the both of them. Thanks Team Sweet, we couldn't be happier.

Rob and Joanna of The Sweet Team made our first home buying experience an enjoyable one. We were nervous about buying a home in a new city but The Sweet Team was very knowledgable. Based on a referral, I was so fortunate to have enlisted the services of Joanna Sweet when I finally made the decision to sell my very first home this past spring. Her extensive market knowledge, negotiation expertise, timely advice, attention to detail, accessibility and patience were all attributes I greatly appreciated during this transaction. She always made time for any questions/concerns that I had and made sure that I was comfortable with any decision moving forward. Now I know why Joanna was referred to me! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know. She is a consummate professional, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with beginning to end!
