I wanted to write you a letter of recommendation regarding your services when selling my residential property this year. As you know, the market conditions at that time were not favorable for selling a property of this size and price range. Regardless, you got the job done! I appreciated your honesty and no nonsense manner of communication. I always felt confident that I was getting all the information I needed to make decisions and you welcomed my input. You helped me maintain my focus. I feel you acted in a very professional manner and have recommended my friends to use your company. Your commitment to selling the property and your flexibility were fundamental characteristics that I am sure will serve you well in the future.
Sincerely,
Dr. Tom R.

With regard to the recent estate sale of my mother’s Mill Bay property, Brian Danyliw’s expertise, integrity and professionalism were evident at every step of the process, from interviewing prospective Realtors to the closing of the sale. Brian was prompt to respond to every query, proactive in suggesting areas of concern I hadn’t considered, and forthright in pursuing the final negotiations without being aggressive. At no point did I feel that I wasn’t fully informed or in control of the process, which is a real compliment to Brian’s integrity as he was representing both purchaser and seller in the transaction.
Brian had fully acquainted himself with the particulars of the property before I arrived from out of town, and he wasted no time in walking me through the process, explaining to me in a disinterested manner what he—or any other Realtor—could do but also what distinguished his services from those of other Realtors. He presented the various scenarios from a quick sale at a lower price or a longer waiting period for a possibly higher price, he gave me the clear advantages and disadvantages of either position, and he was careful to explain the specific implications of whatever negotiating position I chose to adopt. In terms of the specific details of the property, Brian was by far the best prepared of the Realtors I met, and clearly he was the best able to visualize and articulate the potential of a property that was not easy to market. True to his word, he had a client who was eager to view the property, and Brian expedited the sale in a very timely manner that met the needs of both the purchaser and myself.
I would without reservation recommend Brian’s services to either buyer or seller; his honesty, directness, and commitment to honour any undertaking he has promised were a credit to him as a Realtor.

When I decided to sell my home, the Cowichan Valley market was very soft and just about non-existent in my listing range. Brian presented a strong Marketing Plan making good use of frequent print ads and additional broad exposure through numerous websites. Brian is an accomplished photographer and provided professional grade photos to accompany the mls listing. I was kept up to date with weekly website reports, service reports and verbal updates. I felt like attention was being given to my listing.
Brian continued to devote time and energy over a relatively long listing period resulting in an offer being presented while I was traveling in Europe. Brian’s use of the latest technology allowed me to sign multiple offers and counter offers using just an iPhone. In dealing with removal of subject to conditions, Brian’s knowledge of construction and inspection issues proved invaluable; he was able to clearly communicate the problem and educate all parties as to a satisfactory solution, thereby resulting in the completion of my sale.
I highly recommend Brian and his team, and whether your selling or buying, I know he will work hard for you.

After multiple years and numerous homes sold, and finding myself constantly frustrated with an abundance of other "real estate professionals", a close friend of mine finally recommended Brian Danyliw and his team. There was an abundance of high praise, talk of a very high standard of professionalism, and ease of communication, to which I'd heard multiple times in the past. However, this time the recommendations and high praise rang true.
Brian and his team were readily available every day of the week, communication was far superior to anyone I had dealt with in the past, and the sheer amount of traffic generated on this recent sale was more than I had ever experienced in previous, even while being in the middle of smaller community such as Shawnigan Lake.
The house was always well-maintained even when I was out of town, feedback from both potential buyer and client were thorough, and Brian presented an endless amount of sure-fire tactics to help sell my home even in the midst of a soft market. The end result was a sale price of close to 98% of what we had listed for, and a quick and seamless closing process that was completely headache-free.
I can state with confidence that of every realtor I had worked with in previous, none would be able to hold a candle to the level of service, punctuality, and efforts that Brian and his team put forth. I will continue to use Brian for all of my real estate needs from here forward, and can assure any potential buyer or seller that you'll be in good hands with Brian.
Yours truly,
