Born and raised in the Philippines, Winston has lived in Vancouver for over 25 years. His integrity and his passion for Vancouver’s local charm and appeal sets him apart as a unique resource with global experience sought after by clients and industry associates.
Since 2007, Winston has worked with clients from all continents, except for Antartica…for now. Knowledge of 3 languages – English, Tagalog and Mandarin, and 3 dialects -- Cantonese, Hokkien, and Taishanese, in addition to global travel allows Winston to bridge the cultural barriers and earns him the trust of his clients.
As a Realtor®, Winston started his career focused on land analysis and assembly, which later on encouraged him to elevate his knowledge by joining Magnum Project Marketing. He was humbly mentored by industry veterans where he was able to celebrate success moving over CA$250M worth of Cambie Corridor projects like Forty Nine West, 41 West at Oakridge and 35 Park West. Given his experience in land acquisition, resale and project sales, Winston is currently with Alabaster Homes, which he calls very dearly his second “home”. Winston and his team at Alabaster is now moving over CA$110M of various ground oriented homes.
As an entrepreneur, Winston is adaptable to the various scenarios that define each relationship. He knows how to analyze the market relatively and provide clients with relevant information to make informed decisions.
Winston is involved in his church and various organizations. He has gained extensive knowledge of schools, neighbourhood nuances and city trivia that he would be happy to share with you.
