Learn MoreBuying a house through Janette and Chris was like buying from old trusted friends, never pressuring, always patient and available. They went above and beyond in ensuring we found not just a house, but a home. By the time we were ready to buy, we were more educated home buyers in all aspects, thanks to their expertise. We'd have to search long and hard to find better agents and will definitely contact them again for any of our future real estate needs.

As a mortgage professional myself, I work with many realtors in the industry. What I have found is that the quality of realtors will vary widely. There are many good realtors, many bad realtors, and only a handful of truly outstanding realtors. Janette and Chris fall into select company with their passion and commitment to the client, professionalism, and experience. I would not hesitate in a heartbeat to refer a client to Janette and Chris. In fact, I have referred client with great success! Thank you Janette and Chris.

I have found Janette's approach very professional, and her work ethic productive. She efficiently found us a buyer for our house at fair market price, and then
took the time and effort to find us exactly what we wanted in a replacement house.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her great services as a successful Realtor."

“As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I were clueless about the realities of finding a home in the volatile and cutthroat Toronto housing market. If not for Chris and Janette (our real estate dream-team), we’d still be looking today.”

A really good Realtor listens to what the Buyer wants, studies the data base of available properties, shortlists the most suitable properties for viewing, and introduces the buyer to the properties. The better the Realtor, the shorter and quicker the process. This is where Janette is absolutely unmatched. In a very short time she found us our dream home and helped us clinch the deal. Thanks Janette - you are the best.

"I recommend Janette Lourantos, as a professional Realtor. Janette has serviced my mortgage clients, in the past, and they have always reported that Janette was a pleasure to work with. She is friendly and very personable. She is also patient with clients and is careful to take the proper time with clients to ensure they understand the home buying or selling process. Janette also has a very honest work ethic and that is something that is hard to find these days.

“As first time home buyers with a history of being prone to panic, my family knew this was going to be a challenge. But with Janette and Christo guiding us, one of the biggest transactions in my life ended up relatively low stress. They helped with not only ensuring a smooth process on the transactional side, but their provision of both objective relevant information and humanizing context for the transaction based on their own experiences helped with our decision making greatly along the way. My family rarely agrees on anything, but we agree that Janette and Christo are an excellent team to have on your side.”

This is long overdue but we are writing to express our great thanks and deep gratitude to Janette for assisting us in selling our condo. We had never met Janette and she was only introduced to us by a family friend, but getting her as our real estate agent was a smart choice and decision because she is not only professional and knowledgeable of the market but personally, we find her very warm & friendly, approachable and we became at ease with her right from the start. She is open and listens to the customers feedbacks intently and give honest suggestions as well, very hardworking and works round the clock to ensure that the listing has good exposure ( e.g. MLS, open house presentation, etc.)
In hindsight, there are other high profile real estate agents here in Ontario especially in the Mississauga-Oakville region but we believe Janette is a cut above the rest with her sincere dedication to her work and sheer commitment to her clients. Now, she has become a good friend of ours. Someone that we can call upon anytime for a Sunday afternoon tea or coffee! She' s just the best.
