In early 2020 we reached out to Isabel to advise that we were thinking of downsizing, but we did not know exactly when & where. We discussed house size with possible locations. Isabel immediately started to send us listings. This process continued into the first quarter of 2021. Finally, by mid February we decided to list our property, we called Isabel to advise that we were ready. That is when we were introduced to the Sotheby’s brand. We then walked Isabel on a tour of the home & property. We parted with a date for our next meeting to discuss listing price & next steps. She suggested & recommended the selling list price & we both agreed. Then she introduced us to her team who walked us thru the staging process. When it was time to take photos & video, Isabel’s expertise & attention to detail led the photographer thru a series of recommended shots that depicted the best angles for each room ensuring the photographer captured the properties scenic views. Isabel & her team did an exceptional job in this category as we continue to receive phone calls from family & friends on the exceptional quality of the listing photos & professional video.Isabel is extremely friendly & a family orientated individual. She is warm & friendly making us feel very relaxed thru this hectic process of buying & selling. Isabel demonstrated that she possessed strong negotiating skills in both the buying & selling transactions ensuring that her clients received the best possible outcome.
