Rural Property
To: Whom it may concern,Thanks to the professional assistance of Glenn Hant, my wife and I were successful in selling our rural property in Uxbridge, Ontario at a price we were happy with and in a very short time frame. The property had many unique features such as a 25 acre package, a pond and a multi-family or extended family dwelling with 5 bathrooms and many other features. We met with Glenn in November of 2014 and remained in touch and finally listed the property in early June 2015.We had a number of discussions with Glenn regarding the listing for the property, such as listing at a reasonable price with which we were happy with and which we would remain firm with as opposed to reducing the price during the period of the listing. The price we chose was at the lower end of price recommendations by Glenn and other agents whom we had interviewed.During the first few days of the listing, Glenn was busy showing our home. To our amazement, on the evening of the “Open House” four days after the listing came out, Glenn called me while my wife and I were at a friend’s house for dinner, and indicated that we had an offer at our asking price with virtually no conditions.We had worked with a number of agents over the previous 5 years and we found Glenn refreshing. He listened to our input and then implemented it in a very professional manner. The result of our partnership was the successful sale of our home of 36 years the sale of which, in our opinion, he handled much better than any of the other agents… and he was always pleasant to deal with.
