We even looked at new condos midtown. If we stayed in the city we would have had to sell our condo. I didn’t want to do this at this time.Long story short I found a property on the lake in Innisfil. The property was featuring an open house the up-coming weekend. We even had our 2 grandchildren. LolWe all piled in the car and up we went.We loved everything about this property.Location, view & only 1.5 hours from our current condo. We immediately knew this was the area, it felt just right!We decided to put in an offer.We have many friends that our realtors!! Tricky.We reached out to Glenn Hant. He is an agent that was helping our son for over 2 years, showing him many properties. Our son never purchased at the time.Glenn submitted an offer for us. The seller turned it down because they were having an offer day. My husband was going to be out of the country on offer day.We walked away.A few weeks later I noticed another property that was 2 away from the one we looked at.We contacted Glenn, he set up a showing at this property and 5 other properties.Glenn was great, not pushy, listened to exactly what we wanted & very professional.We ended up purchasing the lake view property.
