Elli and her team brought all the tools to bear in marketing and selling our home during a challenging time in the Toronto market. Elli leads a team of responsive and skilled professionals who supported us through every step of the process. I truly can't say enough about the value of Elli's judgement and her clear communication style - she kept us optimistic and focused and provided sound and reasoned advice at every turn. We're delighted with the results and would recommend Elli without hesitation.

Thank you Ellie for all your efforts for a speedy sale of our condo in a very difficult market. From day one you and your team (particularly Diana) gave us much needed support and guidance making the entire process as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend Ellie and her team without hesitation.

Frances | Midtown Condo

We chose Elli to sell our mom's condo as she had advised our parents before about potential sale, and she is the most knowledgeable about LVG market. Though the market has been somewhat tricky for condos, we were pleased with the sale outcome, and happy with the services provided.

Laurie | Forest Hill |

There is no other agent like Elli Davis. From the first time I met her, at least a year before the house went on the market, Elli spoke to me in language I understood which reduced my fears about going through the process of selling the house. She was supportive as the journey to start the sale was interrupted by my spouse's sudden death. She talked me through my fears as the economy changed. She was honest and patient with me. And her office supported her (and me) every step of the way. I knew I needed to sell my house and move to the next stage of my life, in a condo. But I was reluctant. There was nothing "cool" nor "hip" in the whole experience. It was terrifying and frustrating and so much work. This is the ONLY time in my life that I've had to sell my home --- and Elli Davis, with her office behind her --- wrapped me up in a big thick blanket throughout.

Lisa | Upper Forest Hill

Our thanks to Elli Davis and her team at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada for selling our house in Toronto. Excellent job.

Lynda | Rosedale Glen

Through an efficient and professional manner, Elli Davis sold my house in Toronto very quickly. She was very helpful through the whole process and gave me lots of guidance. Her staff are very friendly and courteous.

Peggy | The Kingsway

Elli represented my parents in the sale of their house and from our first meeting with her, we felt confident in her ability to do an excellent job and we were not disappointed. Elli is very personable, she has a calming and confident presence, she is highly knowledgeable, and she works tirelessly to help you to present your house in the best possible way. Her team did a fabulous job staging the house. An inspection was provided, and the house was advertised on multiple platforms as promised. The media presentations of the house in both video and print formats were beautifully executed. Elli is extremely organized and meticulous. She provided us with a schedule of events so we would know what was happening when. During the sale of the house, Elli guided us in the decision-making process, and we were very happy with the outcome. While it was difficult for us to sell a house that had been in our family for over 60 years, Elli created a path for us to follow and she made the process as stress-free and easy as possible. Elli is a superb real estate agent. Look no further. She could teach the master class.

Aviva | Cedarvale

From our first meeting through to our acceptance of the best bid everything went as smoothly as one could hope for or expect. Of course, it helps to have a property that is popular and attracting multiple bids, but that usually happens with excellent agents who know the market and know how to display it. Our two were exceptional and we couldn't be more grateful. They were very professional, respectful of our rather high expectations, but helped us by providing a reality check, which ended with a very positive result in our favour. We all got lucky with competing bids!!

We recently worked with Elli Davis of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada on the sale of our Toronto condominium, and we couldn't be more appreciative of her efforts.Selling in a challenging real estate market was not without its frustrations, but Elli remained committed, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Her extensive market knowledge, experience, and willingness to go the extra mile were invaluable. What we particularly appreciated was her perseverance, accessibility, and genuine dedication to achieving a successful outcome. She kept us informed, listened to our concerns, and worked tirelessly on our behalf. We would happily recommend Elli to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate professional.Thank you, Elli, for seeing us through to a successful sale!

It is a pleasure to write a glowing testimonial about Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. The team was extremely professional and led by the best sales representative I have ever worked with. Elli Davis is her name, and her recognition as Number One in Toronto is well deserved. Thank you, Elli — it was truly a pleasure working with you.

Marina | Granite Place

I had listed my condo in September 2024, at the time when the Toronto market started its decline into what has been a very challenging time to sell. During that time, I was with a different agent and while I had many showings, was unsuccessful in receiving what I thought was a fair price. Within 3 weeks of meeting with Elli, she had not only facilitated multiple offers but she ensured that the prospects viewing the property were fully aware of what this unit offered. We ultimately received more than asking after a very stressful year of trying to sell my unit and I can’t thank Elli and her team enough for guiding me through with high professionalism, honest advice and open communication. Thank you Elli - I can’t say enough about this experience except I should have come to you sooner.

Susan | Rosedale

Sotheby’s did a very good job of selling my condo in a difficult market, for a fair price. Elli used smart instincts, knowledge of the neighbourhood and great negotiating to get the sale. She brought calm to the stressful situation of selling a home. Communication with both realtor and her office staff was exceptional. I highly recommend Sotheby’s because of their motivated, and experienced team with international reach. Thank you for the supportive experience.

Working with Elli was a pleasure. We felt very confident that Elli had our best interests at heart and that the successful sale of our home was of utmost importance to her. Elli kept us up to date and informed at every step of the process. She brings so much knowledge and experience to the table that you can't help but feel completely taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elli to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

One and done - the listing was up for less than 24 hours and there was a full price offer. We sold for over asking and had excellent counsel from Elli that set us up for success. It has been a pleasure to work with someone as knowledgeable and professional as Elli.

We just wanted to shout out to Elli Davis for the experience we have had in our search for a new home.We wanted to rent a particular building but were not successful.Elli kept close watch on the property and advised us that a unit came up to purchase. With her help we were successful in securing the unit. As a result we gave her the listing for our home which was sold in 2 days above asking.Throughout, our experience has been nothing but professional. The best example of what sticks out most to me (after more than 30 years in business) is her unrelenting responsiveness. She ALWAYS responds immediately, as fast as humanly possible -- to any request. I have never experienced this level of service!

Selling a home is a very personable issue. To make the sale you must gather together the best tools available. The most important tool is, of course, your Realtor. The more experience that they bring to the table, the greater the odds that your sale will move smoothly. We decided to use Elli Davis, who was known to us over a long period of time. She came and helped us through the many decisions that had to be made. Her professional business sense, her timing and her research on the building that we were selling was excellent. We went live just three days after we met with her and the first viewing came back two days later and made an offer, which we were happy to accept. This experience because of Elli and her team was handled well. We would certainly highly recommend her.

As we approach the closing on this property, I thought I’d reach out to you with a word of thanks on this. I can see how your deep experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of the Toronto market got us a great result in very challenging circumstances. In spite of the doom and gloom of COVID, and the challenging nature of our property, you got us many views, and even brought us a bidding war for the final offers! As I look back, I can see how the decisions you guided us to were instrumental in getting this good result. My highest praise for you. You make it look easy (I know it is not), which is the sign of a real pro.

Bill | Moore Park

Thank you so much for everything. It was a roller coaster of excitement – and we are so happy with how everything worked out! Thanks for all of your dedication to getting every detail and request on our house perfect. It was such a seamless roll-out and we really appreciate all you did. THANK YOU!!

Jennifer and Jonathan | Rosedale

Elli sold our home and a condo for us, then found us another perfect place to live. We first met her, sort of by chance, at an open house and were surprised at how organized and knowledgeable she was. That helped us make the decision to list our properties with her. Another nice surprise was the efficient team she has, the phones are answered by real people and when she’s busy, Linda is able to answer any detailed question – it’s great. Elli helped us price accurately, saved us money by telling us what wouldn’t make a difference to buyers and quickly sold a very difficult to market property. She really knows the market, neighbourhoods and the business. Basically an honest, and very smart person who is well-connected and knowledgeable – loved having her on our side! Her expertise made a huge difference, I highly recommend her, we were very impressed.

Kathleen and Colin | Midtown

Elli Davis advised us on the sale of our late mother’s condominium in midtown Toronto. Over twenty-five years ago, she had helped our parents buy it. Elli understood how best to present a property: whether to renovate or ‘stage’ it, and what furnishings to remove. She knew how to price it, and how to adjust the price in response to changing market conditions. The condo attracted several offers. It sold in four days, for a price which happily exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure to work with Elli and her dedicated team. Her advice was invaluable. We recommend her highly.

Thank you so much to you and the team for all of your support through this process. It’s naturally a bit “loaded” for us both in terms of saying goodbye to part of of our family history, but also because of the uncertainty created by never having lived there. You all made everything so much easier.

Clare & Don | Midtown

Elli, your attention to detail really facilitated my move from Granite Place to Oakville. The Royal LePage agent you referred me to in Oakville when I initially considered renting in Old Oakville was very helpful. His patience and focus on my priorities led me to view a suitable condo in the vibrant area of Kerr Village. You both assisted me on my offer to purchase process. Following this approval, your team organized several showings of my Granite Place condo which resulted in two offers within the first two days listed!Thank you for your dedicated approach to both buying and selling on my behalf. I appreciate your professional service and am a very satisfied client.

Caryl | Granite Place

Wow – We had no idea what to expect selling a house during COVID. Elli & her Team made the process feel seamless. They took care of all the fine details and kept me informed. SOLD over asking. Thank you Elli!!

I would like to thank you for your efforts in selling my property. As a lawyer, I have had many occasions to interact with members of your profession and to be honest, it has not always been a positive experience. In this regard, I am quite happy to go on record with my recommendation for your services.By way of background, when I was initially looking to list the property, I interviewed a number of your competitors, the names of which are well known. The general consensus was that the property was worth a certain amount and that for me to think otherwise was an exercise in futility. You, alone, were the only agent that supported a different scenario and who was willingly able to work towards this result.Needless to say, I am very thankful and I will not hesitate to recommend your services to my friends and my professional contacts.Thank you once again.Kevin

Elli did a splendid job for us, both on our purchase and our sale. She was resourceful and effective in securing our condo purchase at a fair price, acting swiftly on an estate sale. And she organized a beautiful marketing campaign on the sale of our home, with a fine result in seven days. Elli was always available, accommodating and willing to assist us at any hour. Her experience and knowledge were invaluable. And she was backed up by a terrific team (especially Diana), who were always a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend Elli without reservation.
