It was like night and day

After a year and a half and two separate agents could barely get people to see my house let alone purchase it, DAFNA was recommended to me. It was like night and day. No false promises, no complaining about the market. She staged my house (which may have made me reconsidering moving.) DAFNA had a number of people through the door to actually see my house when she found the perfect buyer. She made the process relatively stress-free and was available to answer questions and keep us very calm during this process. I recommend her highly if you are looking to sell your home or purchase your new home.

Above and Beyond!

Dafna is an experienced agent with extensive market knowledge who helped me find my first property. In the beginning of the property searching process, Dafna took the time to understand my needs and preferences to help me narrow down the list of potential properties. She was responsive and quick to act when it came to scheduling viewings and sending offers. Dafna was especially knowledgable in the legal aspect which gave me peace of mind knowing that the most important part was well taken care of. Dafna's excellent customer service shined through when she continuously made sure I was satisfied with everything even after the property has closed. Dafna was attentive and knowledgable throughout my buying process, her excellent customer service and positive attitude made the supposedly stressful process nothing but a breeze. I would recommend Dafna as your real estate agent if you are looking for someone who is knowledgable, responsive, easy to work with and willing to go above and beyond of her clients.

Dafna was instrumental in getting our first home in the hot real estate market. Her experience and rate analysis helped us extensively in winning the bidding war and also be comfortable with what we’re investing in the home. It’s more of a bond our family made with her throughout our journey and would definitely get back to her for our needs again and refer her to anyone who’s looking for their dream home.

Checked Off All The Boxes!

I had been looking for the perfect condo for a couple of years. Dafna knew immediately when she saw the one that I ultimately purchased that it was the ‘one’. I was really busy and wanted to wait until the following week to view. She was very persuasive that I had to see it ASAP as condos with the size of balcony & view of the lake + amenities that I wanted were rare. I saw the condo on a Wed. & bought it over the phone on Friday. Dafna knew before I did that it was my dream home & she checked off all the boxes. I have been a year in my new hone & I love it! I recommend Dafna to anyone looking to buy or rent. She is very professional, knowledgeable & has a keen eye for design.

Dafna was great, she identified my rental needs and only sent me the listings that matched my requirements. She followed up with various phone calls and together we've seen a number of potential listings. Once I decided on a place, she was very prompt in closing the deal and in giving me the needed advice. Thank you so much Dafna, really appreciate your support and dedication.

Dafna represented and sold my property in Thornhill, Ontario. She developed a concise appealing listing as well as sound advice and materials to stage the property to best highlight its features. She collaborated with the showing agents and ensured that there were no booking conflicts. The house received multiple offers and sold within 2 days. I was very pleased with her industry knowledge both in real estate and the legal aspects of home sales. (She has an extensive legal background which aligns well to real estate). I referred her to a relative who was looking to purchase in Oakville and she helped her find her dream condo. I'd highly recommend Dafna to anyone looking at buying or selling a property.
