This letter is to outline our recent experience using Brad MacLaren as our Realtor. We had met Brad through our BNI business group and had gotten to know him quite well over the past couple of years. During one of Brad's presentations, he introduced a house to the group and had indicated with the suites included, that we would be able to purchase it as we would be able to afford the mortgage. This started our whirlwind process into the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old one. The purchase process was quite straight forward, we finally settled on a price and made it subject to the sale of our old house. That is where the fun began... We had several people look at our house while it was up for sale but just couldn't seem to find the right person to purchase it. Then Brad had a new client and introduced him to our property. The client turned out to be very particular and it took quite some time to conclude the sale of our house. Brad went above and beyond in getting the deal completed, making concessions where necessary, getting all parties involved on the same page and making the deal happen. What Brad doesn't know is that we are aware that he went even further than his dealings with us directly to complete the deal to ensure it happened. Without Brad's efforts, this deal would have not completed. I would like to conclude with Brad is NOT our Realtor of choice in Victoria, he is our Realtor for LIFE.
