Real estate has constantly been a part of Allyn’s life. Whether it was moving from one house to another during her childhood or shipping off to France and back as an adult, she has always enjoyed the thrills and challenges involved in “the move”.
Born in Toronto and raised in Montreal, Allyn left Canada to pursue her post-secondary education in Paris. After completing a Business Degree in Marketing and Administration at La Sorbonne, she began working in film and television sales. Her negotiating and communication skills were used to close deals with buyers from diverse countries and backgrounds.
Later, Allyn obtained her real estate license for transactions and property management in France and co-founded an Agency in Paris, serving independent property owners and investors. She was involved in everything from selling and renting properties to drafting contracts, managing financial transactions, and most importantly, keeping both landlords and tenants satisfied.
Allyn returned to Toronto just over a decade ago and today, as a real estate salesperson at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, she brings those same skills and talents from her previous careers to the profession. With her friendly positive attitude, good sense, and attention to detail, Allyn will ensure her clients are satisfied on every occasion.
A mother of three boys, Allyn lives in Midtown Toronto and enjoys music, film, pilates, and being a “soccer mom.”
