Arranged across two levels, the residence has been designed to maximise openness, natural airflow and the shifting quality of light throughout the day. The upper floor forms the central living level of the villa, where the principal interior spaces unfold as one continuous environment beneath high ceilings and wide openings facing the water. Full-height sliding glass doors retract almost entirely, allowing the terraces and interior rooms to function together as a single living space during the warmer months.
