Tasha Ells

Born and raised in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, Tasha is proud to call Kings County home.
Her deep roots in the community and her passion for helping people drive everything she does as a REALTOR®.

After graduating with honours from NSCC’s Office Administration program, Tasha worked as a
Property Paralegal with Waterbury Newton for four years. This experience gave her a strong
foundation in property law and taught her every step of the closing process, from title
migrations and required documents to negotiating and problem-solving when issues arise. Most
recently, Tasha worked with a development company, where she gained valuable insight into the
local market, property values, and what makes a property a smart investment.

Clients and colleagues describe Tasha as detail-oriented, determined, and approachable. She
believes that buying or selling a home should be as stress-free as possible and works hard to
make that a reality through communicating clearly, responding quickly, and guiding clients with
confidence every step of the way.

When she isn’t helping clients find their next home, Tasha enjoys reading, hiking with her dog,
spending time with family, and exploring Nova Scotia’s beautiful beaches. For Tasha, real estate
is more than a career, it’s a passion, and she loves being part of the moment when someone
finds the perfect place to start their next chapter.
