Susan Eickmeier

Susan Eickmeier is a trusted, award-winning real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience serving buyers and sellers across Central Toronto. Susan is widely recognized for her deep market expertise, having lived in the Cricket Club community for 30 years and built her practice around Central Toronto’s most established neighbourhoods. She works extensively in Bedford Park, Lytton Park, Summerhill, St. Clair~Forest Hill, and surrounding areas, and also represents condominium buyers and sellers throughout Downtown Toronto.

Susan began her real estate career in pre-construction condominium sales, spending five years working with new developments in Downtown Toronto and the west end before transitioning into the resale market. Today, she brings a comprehensive understanding of both new and existing housing stock across the city, with particular strength in residential homes, townhomes, and condominiums.

Before entering real estate, Susan studied languages at the University of Toronto. After graduation, she moved to Milan, Italy, where she worked as an interpreter for Fiera Internazionale di Milano, supporting international companies in English, Italian, and French business negotiations. While in Milan, she also taught English to Italian business professionals through the International Teaching Centre of Milan. These experiences strengthened her negotiation skills, cultural fluency, and ability to work effectively with clients from diverse international backgrounds.

Susan’s global experience continues to be a key advantage in her practice. She has successfully assisted families relocating to Toronto from around the world, including France, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, England, and the United States, guiding them with clarity and confidence through every stage of the move.

Deeply committed to community involvement, Susan has supported numerous charitable organizations over the years. She currently serves on a committee of the Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada and has volunteered extensively with The Bishop Strachan School and a Women’s Shelter in Toronto.
