A native “Torontonian” and a graduate of University of Toronto I understand and know this city very well! I love Toronto! It is a city made up of so many diverse communities and neighbourhoods.

Having worked for many years within school textbook publishing, I have extensive knowledge of Toronto’s local schools. Clients appreciate the help I provide them in focusing their search for a new home within the school districts that best meet their educational goals for their children.

As a daughter of an architect, I have a keen eye for design and structure. Together with expert stagers, I work with my selling clients to present their home in the best possible light. When working with my buying clients, I help them to see beyond “staging”; to the possibilities that exist within and beyond the walls.

A very rewarding part of my client base are seniors and their families. To enhance my expertise in working with this important group I have taken specialized training and am a certified LifeStyle55+ Affiliate. This training has sharpened my knowledge on why seniors think the way they do, and has provided me with the skills and training to advise on the best housing solution for the senior-whether that means the sale of their current home and moving to a more suitable environment or aging in place. The family members that support the aging seniors welcome my knowledge, support and expertise and are often relieved to know that I can successfully navigate through the multitude of details involved in this critical time of decision making and change for their loved ones.

Whether I’m working with people buying their first homes, families looking to upsize or seniors ready to downsize, I take the time to really appreciate what my clients are seeking, to carefully take them through all the steps in the process, and I strive to exceed their expectations.
