Sandra is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She is a highly motivated and results-driven individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding her clients’ needs and expectations. Sandra began her career handling and servicing communications for departments within The City of Toronto. After several successful years, she decided to take her skill set to the next level and joined a company in the fashion jewelry industry. She began as a sales representative for the GTA and surrounding areas, and later became a buyer and eventual sales manager. Sandra’s exceptional sales skills and ability to build strong relationships with her clients enabled her to then transition her career to real estate. Her experience as a successful REALTOR® has been predominantly in new home construction, selling over 1,000 homes for several renowned builders throughout the GTA and its surrounding areas. In addition to her strengths in sales, Sandra is also known for her exceptional communication and negotiation skills. She has a natural ability to understand her clients' goals and concerns, and to present solutions that meet their requirements while exceeding their expectations. She is passionate about helping her clients find the best solutions for their needs and is committed to delivering exceptional and trustworthy professional service. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys exercise and travel – however, her true passion is spending time in the kitchen cooking alongside her entertaining and humorous husband. Cooking takes her back to fond memories of her father, who studied cooking in Monte Carlo and opened a restaurant of his own when he came to Canada. Through their family restaurant, Sandra learned at a young age how to connect well with people, how to earn their trust and deliver extraordinary service Sandra believes that being a REALTOR® is a role of great responsibility.
