As first time home buyers, we feel very lucky that we had Joanna as our agent! She was very thorough and explained everything to us so after couple of visits we knew exactly what we wanted. She was very quick in answering our questions or letting us know about new available properties or arranging a visit. I don't remember even once, I had to wait more than 15 min to get an answer from her. She is honest, forthright and very good at what she does. This is the third time that my wife and I have moved and can honestly say I was blown away with Rob & Joanna.We decided to purchase first and once Rob had our criteria he did a lot more than just send us links to MLS. One of our criteria was a property that either had a pool or would be able to fit one and he went onto google Earth to find properties that would work and in some cases did some door knocking to see if homes not currently on the market would consider selling. He gave a impartial advice on the homes we were considering and gave us the space to make our own decisions.When it came to selling Joanna made things a breeze with staging and advice on what we needed to do vs. what was okay as is. Through their network they knew other agents with clients looking for a home like ours, marketed the property well and we had an offer from the first viewing and sold over our listing price. I was hoping it would sell quickly because it was a hot market but never expected it to go that quickly.Lastly I think a true testament to their dedication was the service in between purchase/sale & closing. Any questions we had were answered quickly, they gave us great recommendations on movers.I can't think of anything else that I wished they would have done for us. I would recommend them to anyone who's considering purchasing or selling a home as I've never met a more hardworking and nice couple.

We met Rob at an open house he was hosting, and instantly felt comfortable with him. He was laid back, down to earth, and friendly- in a sincere way.
