This is the third time that my wife and I have moved and can honestly say I was blown away with Rob & Joanna.We decided to purchase first and once Rob had our criteria he did a lot more than just send us links to MLS. One of our criteria was a property that either had a pool or would be able to fit one and he went onto google Earth to find properties that would work and in some cases did some door knocking to see if homes not currently on the market would consider selling. He gave a impartial advice on the homes we were considering and gave us the space to make our own decisions.When it came to selling Joanna made things a breeze with staging and advice on what we needed to do vs. what was okay as is. Through their network they knew other agents with clients looking for a home like ours, marketed the property well and we had an offer from the first viewing and sold over our listing price. I was hoping it would sell quickly because it was a hot market but never expected it to go that quickly.Lastly I think a true testament to their dedication was the service in between purchase/sale & closing. Any questions we had were answered quickly, they gave us great recommendations on movers.I can't think of anything else that I wished they would have done for us. I would recommend them to anyone who's considering purchasing or selling a home as I've never met a more hardworking and nice couple.
