During this past winter, we had decided to buy a house and Cabbagetown was the desired location. Since I knew you to be an active agent in this area, I figured that you probably had a web site. I would scan your web site every so often looking for new listings in Cabbagetown. Being able to conduct our preliminary search on the internet saved us a lot of time as with two hectic work schedules, we never would have been able to coordinate doing our legwork the old fashioned way. We were able to see right away from the photos posted on the web listing that this was a house that interested us. We saw the listing on a Thursday and by the following Monday evening the house was ours! Another benefit of the web listing for us was that we were able to have family and friends take a peek before we took possession.

Richard Silver exceeded our expectations. Selling your home can be a stressful process. We've sold twice before and wish we'd known him then. Richard and his team of professionals exuded confidence, didn't miss a beat and had us at ease throughout the entire process.
