Open Concept living room/dining/kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), great for entertaining, with a large dining table for family and friends and plenty of seating in the living room to relax after a day on the slopes. Living room has a gas fireplace, & new smart TV. Primary bedroom with king bed and private ensuite shower room. Two further bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two queen beds. Laundry, family bathroom and additional storage room make this a great family retreat for the winter. Additional exterior ski locker for tenant use. Tenant has full use of an indoor recreation centre, featuring indoor salt-water pool; saunas; hot tubs; games room; gym and party room. Lighthouse Point is a short drive from area ski hills and close to Collingwood for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 50% of rental rate is due upon signed lease agreement, with balance of rent due with utilities/damage deposit of $2500 three weeks prior to occupancy. A small, well-behaved, non-shedding dog may be permitted with additional pet deposit. Utilities are in addition to rental rate, plus internet/cable package ($130/month). Landlord will provide bed linens and towels for the lease period.
