Linda has had a passion for real estate from a very young age. She was smitten in her early twenties with her first fixer-upper: a rambling, run-down, glorious 3-storey house complete with turret - the first of many luxury transformations to come. Buying and selling extraordinary properties became a way of life; so much so, that her professional move to Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 made perfect sense. It’s enabled her to share her knowledge and love of homes with clients who are also looking to find or create the extraordinary.
For sellers, she brings out the best in their properties, by showcasing their home’s very best features and telling the story through photography, videography, and text. Only the way a TV film producer could do it.
For her buyers, it’s all about understanding their needs and desires, finding that perfect home and negotiating the most favourable terms.
Prior to real estate, Linda’s early career was in journalism and broadcasting. She followed this up by opening her own television production company specializing in the creation of real estate shows for HGTV, for 15 years. The common theme throughout is her skill in clear and effective communications; an invaluable skill when working with both buyers and sellers. Her working life has always been intensely deadline-driven, so delivering excellent results on time in a clear and effective manner is a part of her DNA.
