Our property was a very complex sale, being a four-plex and therefore strategy was the most important part. Kerri-Ann set up the sale for success from the beginning by ensuring proper pricing and proper timing for going to market. There were many nuances that narrowed the field of buyers such as the high price bracket and becoming a landlord etc, but it seemed that Kerri-Ann found every single potential buyer. Working night and day until the property was sold! She even shovelled the walkways 3 times to ensure the house maintained it's stage and curb appeal. Dozens of viewers and agents flocked through the property and brought forward 6+ offers. It was especially challenging for her as coordination with 4 sets of tenants was required for viewing and home inspections.
