We had a lot of viewings, (more than I would have expected) and he fielded even more phone inquiries. Very demanding project given that it was an island lot and in a Northern jurisdiction unfamiliar to us. Alot of moving parts with builder and demands by township and utility providers, and thus some delays and unforeseen issues.
