Highest Prices Unit Sold in Building

Ryan sold our condo for the highest price a unit our size has ever sold for in the building. He guide us through the process very carefully. It was very easy to communicate with Ryan and he made himself available to us at all times. Our unit had a long term renter in it. He made sure to protect both the renter and us through the process to make sure that we were covered under the new Ontario tenant act. That is no easy task. But though his hard work and great advice (from him and his office team) we sold the unit in less then month for top dollar. We can not thank Ryan and his team enough for their dedication.
