Following a successful IBM management career in Toronto, Brian and his business partner / wife, Iris launched a multi-office Real Estate Brokerage in Barrie. In 2001, they relocated their real estate business to Prince Edward County, an easy transition as “The County” offers diverse communities, beautiful land, waterfront, scenery and a rich history, which appealed to their lifestyle and sensibility.
This “island” community, referred to as “Ontario’s Hamptons", is located a mere 2 hours east of the GTA. Shaped by its renowned sandy beaches and burgeoning vineyards and wineries, the County has become a favoured vacation, re-location or retreat property destination. The Andrews’ area of service also spans across the Northumberland Hills, abundant with rolling landscapes, rural and equestrian estates and farms and trendy towns and villages including Cobourg, Warkworth and Brighton.
Brian is a highly skilled negotiator, specializing in all facets of real estate including residential, rural properties, hobby farms, luxury estates, waterfronts, and has an extensive background representing developers and investors. His professional acumen is his trademark.
When not selling real estate, Brian enjoys travel, is an enthusiast supporter of the arts and enjoys spending leisure time with his 4 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren.
