I recently enlisted the help of Tony Laratta of Sotheby’s Canada to sell my 4 ¾ acre lot in the Bearspaw area. The listing was started in late 2020 during a period when the Real Estate market was very slow in the area. In creating the listing, Tony was incredibly thorough in ensuring all of the features and advantages that the lot were captured and he put together a listing that clearly conveyed all of the wonderful reasons someone would want to own this property.
