RENTAL CONDITIONS

-The number of occupants must respect the capacities of the condo.
*The LANDLORD requires a deposit of $500 in the event of breakage or other damage, refundable at the end of the term if the premises are returned to their original state.
*The TENANT will have to pay a cleaning fee of $150.
-The TENANT must take out tenant liability insurance at the date of the move-in and for the duration of occupancy.
