关于 Rob Henderson

Rob has lived in North Vancouver in the Upper Lonsdale neighbourhood for over 25 years with his wife Nadia and their two children, Sara and Noah. Rob chose to live in North Vancouver because of its proximity to Vancouver, its natural beauty, and a wonderful sense of community.

Rob enjoys gardening, playing ball hockey and golf, attending spin cycle classes his daughter teaches and supporting his son play Adult Challenger baseball. For years Rob proudly sponsored the North Shore Challenger Baseball “buddies”. Each buddy provides support and assistance to a child/young adult with disabilities to enable them to have fun while playing baseball.

Prior to being a REALTOR Rob’s background includes teaching, counselling, senior management and human resources, with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Human Relations. Earlier in his career Rob was Vice President of Human Resources for Vancouver Community College. In this position he worked closely with employees and led complex collective bargaining negotiations dealing with compensation and working conditions. Previous to this Rob was the manager of client services for the Public Trustee. In this position he fulfilled a fiduciary role overseeing real estate transactions for thousands of vulnerable adult clients who required assistance and support. In this work Rob always acted with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.

Grounded by a powerful but simple philosophy that his client’s interests come first, Rob strives to deliver a level of service that surpasses his client’s expectations. By providing a very personalized service his clients feel heard, understood and supported. Working with a team of professionals, Rob protects his client’s interests and makes the selling and buying experience successful.
