While the eventual selling price was lower than our initial estimation, the difference is easily attributed to the impact of Covid-19 and buyers uncertainty as to how the market will react going forward. Perry did an excellent job creating interest in our house including a second offer that was pending in case the first offer fell through. She was always available, was a pleasure to deal with and was creative with marketing of our property at a difficult time. She held a live virtual tour (apparently her first) that came off really well!
