Nate went above and beyond in assisting with our purchase. As an example, we had a tour scheduled to view a property approximately 30km outside of Kelowna. The night before and morning of our scheduled tour it snowed heavily, making the drive somewhat tricky. Instead of rescheduling, Nate went to the effort of borrowing a 4x4 truck from a family member to be able to navigate the snow covered roads so that we could view the property as scheduled. Nate is a true professional!

We wanted the property so badly we were prepared to offer full price but thanks to Nate's experience, he saved us $$. He was great to work with, knows his stuff and knows how to negotiate well.
By far the best experience I have had with a realtor to date. He made sure we were priced competitively, made sure that we countered properly when our first instinct was to just say "ok". He ensured we got top dollar for our property and still managed to close our sale within weeks of listing it. Dealt directly, politely and respectfully with our tenants, and went above and beyond to ensure their pet was always safe during a showing. And when we had issues with our mortgage payout he made sure that we were dealt with fairly and properly by our bank. If he didn't know the answer regarding the mortgage payout, he always had a respected industry leader to consult with. There is no end to the praise I could heap on him and I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor who wants to be treated like a human rather then just a number.
Nate Flavel is a very capable real estate agent and a well rounded all around interesting person to boot. He was always on time (actually waited for us every appointment) and well prepared for our days out to view multiple locations. He was open to our observations, but was also quick to input his own queries. He looked at each individual place as if he were the purchaser and would quickly research, hunt down or investigate all questions brought up so that we would have answers later that day. Easy to contact at all hours of the day and even sat down to break bread with us like a long lost friend. Nate was very easy to communicate with and made both my wife and I feel at ease with every step we took through what could have been an otherwise stressful time in our lives. Having lived in Kelowna for years, Nate was also able to add local information regarding future developments around Kelowna and never once put his own itinerary ahead of our needs.
