When we first decided to contact Sotheby’s Québec to handle the sale of our family property on Lac Archambault in St Donat we were worried they might not want to list it: we knew our property wouldn’t be an easy sell. Even though it has a beautiful and unique red pine forest, with close to 500 feet of rocky waterfront, and is one of the last large properties on the lake, it isn't the typically sought after postage size lot with easy beach access with a ready-made four season chalet.
