Bettianne Hedges is a Real Estate Broker with over twenty years of experience in listing and selling various property types across real estate markets, specializing in residential, rural, heritage-designated, and multi-residential properties. She has lived and assisted clients throughout Southwestern Ontario.

This extensive experience and constant pursuit of advanced education opportunities provides her clients with a unique advantage. Bettianne is specifically trained to conduct thorough research and provide expert advice to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions. With advanced training and refined negotiation skills, Bettianne is adept at handling special situations, including stigmatized properties, complex family legal matters, and senior clients. Additionally, a strong appreciation for architectural styles and a deep understanding of clients’ unique preferences regarding homes, neighborhoods, and lifestyles further enhance her ability to provide exceptional service.

Bettianne has also served as a Director with the Real Estate Council of Ontario, the provincial real estate regulator. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Waterloo with an emphasis in Business Administration, Bettianne also has a background in retail art gallery ownership and non-profit management. An active community volunteer, Bettianne has served on various boards and committees, including six years as a Regional Chair with the Ontario Trillium Foundation, a Director with the Art Gallery of Woodstock and is currently a Trustee with Gallery Stratford.
